Azure DevOps Cloud reviews with Microsoft Entra ID ☁️
On Azure DevOps Services (dev.azure.com and *.visualstudio.com), ThinkReview Cloud can review a pull request from the PR URL. Connect Azure DevOps once in the portal at Integrations using Microsoft Entra ID (your Microsoft work account). You no longer need to paste a Personal Access Token into the extension for those cloud PRs.
Microsoft personal accounts (Outlook/Hotmail) cannot complete Entra ID authorization for Azure DevOps. Use a work account in the same Microsoft Entra tenant as your Azure DevOps organization.
Keep the extension PAT if you prefer it 🔑
The PAT you already saved in the extension still works. If a PAT is present, ThinkReview uses it to fetch the diff locally, same as before. Azure DevOps Server (on-prem) still uses a PAT plus your collection URL.
Review metadata on URL reviews 📊
URL reviews now show the model and file counts in the PR metadata bar, even when ThinkReview does not assemble a full local patch. Auto-generated files, lockfiles, and other noisy paths stay excluded so they do not burn tokens.

🐛 Bug Fixes
- Long URL reviews keep polling after a gateway timeout instead of hanging, and an empty cloud payload is treated as a finished failure instead of a 15-minute wait.
- Azure credential errors point you to portal Integrations to reconnect, instead of a raw 401.
- *.visualstudio.com organizations are recognized as Azure DevOps Services hosts.
