ThinkReview is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered code review services for GitLab merge requests. The Service includes:

• Automated code analysis and review using Google's Gemini AI
• Security vulnerability detection
• Code quality suggestions and improvements
• Merge request summaries
• Patch download capabilities
• Review history tracking

3. User Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Sign in using Google OAuth authentication
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• You are liable for all activities conducted through your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

• Basic AI code review features
• Subject to rate limits and usage restrictions
• No payment required

4.2 Pro Plan

• Advanced features and higher usage limits
• Billed through Stripe payment processing
• Automatic renewal unless canceled

4.3 Payment Terms

• All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the extension or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
• We reserve the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

• Thinkode AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Reliance on AI-generated content
  • Data loss or security breaches
  • Third-party actions or services
  • Service interruptions or errors

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thinkode AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your code or data submitted to the Service

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the extension or contacting support
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account poses a security risk
